Unfortunately our 100 year old ash tree was dying and needed to be removed. Gerard was very responsive and his team of 3 came (early!) to take it down. There was a misunderstanding about the wood removal but Gerard and his team took care of everything with no attitude and no additional costs. They worked quickly, cleanly, and safely and I’d be happy to use them again!
